By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

We provide electromechanical, AC, plumbing, civil maintenance, handyman services, AMCs, and property inspections across the UAE. Service scope is defined in approved quotations, work orders, or AMC agreements.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, ensure safe site access, and make payments as agreed.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are as per approved quotations or contracts. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Appointments

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may be chargeable.

Warranty & Liability

Workmanship warranty applies as specified. Space Manager is not liable for pre-existing defects or third-party installations. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
